We shall be updating the above protocols as we continue to received new guidance from the CDC and our local government as well as observe areas that shall prompt changes to some of our procedures.

Off-Site Facilities/ Studios
- Masks are encourage but not required.
- We encourage our participants to perform Symptom Screener before heading to our main or offsite facilities. For those who exhibit slight symptoms of COVID-19 (per CDC guidelines), please do not attend the festival and stay home. .
- Prior to entering the facility, temperature will be taken and a series of questions relating the COVID-19 symptoms may be asked.
- All crew and participants shall undergo pre-screening questions and temperature taking.
- Except when the participant is performing, all persons are encourage to wear masks.
- Persons inside shall consist of the judges, the host and moderators, rigger/s, compliance person, videographer and photographer and the spectators. We encourage masking when in a crowded area. .
- Participants shall not be allowed in the premise until their performance time.
- All surfaces shall be disinfected several times a day
- Warm-up Stations shall be set-up and separated from the performance space at adjacent locations and everyone shall distance themselves from each other with no less than six (6) feet apart. Masks are optional at the Warm Up Stations.
- Participants shall bring their own yoga mat, water and other essentials.
- All personal items shall be left in their respective vehicles to ensure spacing.
- Schedule of arrivals will be spaced out to ensure social distancing.
- We encourage participant to bring their own.
- We shall be disinfecting common areas and surfaces that are frequently touched, such as knobs, light switches, bars, cubbies, walls, tables, and alike are disinfected several times during the day.
- Venue has several hand sanitizing stations and hand washing stations. All persons entering shall frequently wash and sanitize their hands.
- While in the facility premise, we encourage everyone to practice hygiene etiquette by all times.
- All payments shall be done online.
- Waiver Form and Safety Partnership Agreement shall be required and signed online.
