How to become a Scholarship Vendor

Aerial Arts America “AAA”, is a non-profit organization that heavily relies on donations and sponsorship resources to fund its programs.  The scholarship program is one of the four (4) programs that offers tuition and education fees to talented, well-deserved and committed aerial students. Currently, the Ruby Karen Project, is the only school that serves an an education institution for the scholars. Over the years, we have published numerous invitational announcements for other schools to participate as a scholastic scholarship vendor.

Just like the selected scholars who vouch to commit to serious training, a scholastic scholarship vendor is also asked to support the goals of the program, including discounted aerial training between 20% – 50%, scholar’s access to practice time at minimal cost, delayed payments, workshop support during the WCAAF festival, mentorship, organizational manpower resources and more to AAA. In return, AAA funds a portion of the scholars’ tuition and other related education fees of up to $500./ student/ year.

We welcome academic aerial schools to be part of the AAA family.  To apply as a vendor, there are some initial questions that AAA inquires to validate your support to AAA’s mission.  These include, your organization’s willingness to donate education and/or free tuition; your organization’s willingness to provide AAA with generous education discounts and to be open to negotiated rates; your organization’s willingness to accept conditions for delayed payments of up to 4-8 months after completion of service, your organization’s willingness to comply with AAA’s requirements of safety protocols including rigging certification installation and maintenance, and your organization’s willingness to participate and/ or support AAA’s programs

We invite you to peruse our website to understand the spirit of our programs.  Click www.aerialartsamerica.org

If the above initial requisites are acceptable by your organization, we can provide the paperwork and list of requirements (credentials on Legal, Insurance, Academic, Educators, Technical and other departments)  to start the process.  Please note that this will take between 4-8 months (from the time all requirements have been received), as we are shorthanded with professional volunteers.

The vetting system has not been publicly listed, however the spirit of our selection process is based on the school’s genuine  support, recognition and acceptance the scholarship program, its parameters, and the high standards of education required of the school vendor.  The vetting also includes review of the organizational structure, its syllabus and other factors that may impact the provision of high education to AAA’s scholars.

Additional information shall be disclosed during the vetting process. Please submit a letter of interest via email to:  info@aerialartsamerica.org.  For information regarding our scholars, Click Here

We look forward to welcoming you to the AAA family.
