The Choreography showcase is catered for mostly for DUO or SMALL GROUP performance acts. The act addresses the creative substance/ message of the piece, with special attention to the execution, fluidity, connectivity to the audience and artistry of the performers. Props are welcome. If you are not sure if you would like to participate based on the merits of the piece, you may submit a private link via email with the uncut video of the piece.
Please know that the Choreography Showcase is NOT a competition and is open to all choreographers. We have limited spots, and therefore we encourage you to submit early to reserve your spot.

Presentation of your work can either be pre-recorded or livestreamed.
Very Important: Each participant will be asked to provide a statement relating to COVID-19 social distancing practice by all members of the group, e.g. “bubble” team, pre-screening practices, handwashing, temperature taking, mask wearing and more.

NOTE: Checks are not allowed. Refunds (less associated fees) are only allowed within 2 weeks of purchase or 21 days prior to the festival date (whichever is earlier). There are NO PARTIAL REFUNDS. Exchange or transfer of funds can be applied to the following year, less administrative/ processing costs associated.

- You are now ready to fill out the application. You would need to do this process in one seating, otherwise you may need to start all over. Please save your tentative answers in a PDF format or Text (copy/ paste method) so you have a copy in case the web page disconnects and you lose your data.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PICTURE SUBMISSIONS
- Please submit a duo/ group photo.
- Close up portrait photo (no action photos accepted)
- JPEG format 150 – 300 dpi
- At least 2” x 2” in size
- Preferably Colored
INSTRUCTIONS IN SUBMITTING YOUR BIOS
- Your narrative bio should be kept within 100 words or fewer.
- Tell your audience how you all came together, your inspirations and your shared visions.
- Mandatory information needed:
- Name of aerial/ circus school or studio you all belong to
- Name of your coaches/ mentor/s
- How long have you been training together in aerial arts
- You may NOT use the bio to promote a business or event.
- We reserve the right to edit content, grammar and spelling as needed.
