November 11 – Thursday (VIRTUAL)

1pm-5pm	Technology Check In/ Registration Table Check in virtually to make sure everything is set for the competition: release forms and other forms, signups for workshops, the scholarship audition, and collaborative group piece (This is mandatory for all competitors.)
5:30pm–6:15pm	Educator’s Roundtable and Networking Opportunities Welcoming all school directors and coaches to a meet and greet, roundtable discussion of today’s evolution of aerial arts, and the current hurdles of the sport
6:30pm–8:00pm	OPENING NIGHT – OUR VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE Come and chat with the other competitors and coaches in breakout rooms and then enjoy the show of Performing Arts Night

November 12 – Friday (VIRTUAL)

12:00pm–1:15pm	Technology Check In/ Registration Table Last chance to check in virtually to make sure everything is set for the competition. Checking in Thursday would be the best choice!
1:30pm–2:30pm	Workshops Take a workshop with a professional to enhance your skills. This is not an opportunity you get every day. Advanced reservations required.
3:00pm–6:00pm	Competition Rounds The training for the competition is done. Watch the competitors of different categories and apparatuses, while the judges are scoring the competitors live.
6:00pm–7:00pm	Workshops Take a workshop with a professional to enhance your skills. Advanced reservations required.

November 13 – Saturday (VIRTUAL)

8:30am–9:30am	Workshops Take a workshop with a professional to enhance your skills. Advanced reservations required.
10:30am–1:30pm	Competition Rounds The training for the competition is done. Watch the competitors of the remaining categories and apparatuses, while the judges are scoring the competitors live.
3:00pm–4:00pm	Celebrity Speaker: Mizuki Shinagawa (Circus Artist/ Creator/ CDS/ Cirque Eloize/ 7 Fingers/ Festival Mondial du Cirque de Demain, and more) You don’t want to miss this!!!! Get Inspired! Meet Mizuki and listen to her extraordinary, jubilant story!
4:15pm–5:15pm	Workshops Take a workshop with a professional aerialist to enhance your skills. Advanced reservations required.
5:30pm–6:30pm	Scholarship Audition/ Reserve/ Sign-Up (Limited spots) Show of your skills to see if you can win a scholarship for classes with an approved vendor of Aerial Arts America.

November 14 – Sunday (VIRTUAL)

9:00am–10:00am	Workshops Take a workshop with a professional aerialist to enhance your skills. Advanced reservations required.
11:00am–12am	Guest Speakers: WCAAF Winners Gain some insight from a past winner of the WCAAF competitions
12:30pm–3:30pm	Awards Ceremony and WCAAF Culminating Showcase The moment you have all been waiting for: presenting all 1st place winners, school presentations, special acts and guest artists. Let’s wrap up this competition weekend together!
3:00pm	Silent Auction Bids Close Winning bids will be announced during the awards ceremony. Join us at the Awards Ceremony to see if you’ve won!
