November 11 – Thursday (VIRTUAL)

1pm-5pm

Technology Check In/ Registration Table
Check in virtually to make sure everything is set for the competition: release forms and other forms, signups for workshops, the scholarship audition, and collaborative group piece (This is mandatory for all competitors.)

5:30pm–6:15pm

Educator’s Roundtable and Networking Opportunities
Welcoming all school directors and coaches to a meet and greet, roundtable discussion of today’s evolution of aerial arts, and the current hurdles of the sport

6:30pm–8:00pm

OPENING NIGHT – OUR VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE
Come and chat with the other competitors and coaches in breakout rooms and then enjoy the show of Performing Arts Night

Take a workshop with a professional to enhance your skills. This is not an opportunity you get every day. Advanced reservations required.

3:00pm–6:00pm

Competition Rounds
The training for the competition is done. Watch the competitors of different categories and apparatuses, while the judges are scoring the competitors live.

6:00pm–7:00pm

Workshops
Take a workshop with a professional to enhance your skills. Advanced reservations required.

The training for the competition is done. Watch the competitors of the remaining categories and apparatuses, while the judges are scoring the competitors live.

Celebrity Speaker:  Mizuki Shinagawa (Circus Artist/ Creator/ CDS/ Cirque Eloize/ 7 Fingers/ Festival Mondial du Cirque de Demain, and more)

Scholarship Audition/  Reserve/ Sign-Up (Limited spots) 
Show of your skills to see if you can win a scholarship for classes with an approved vendor of Aerial Arts America.

Awards Ceremony and WCAAF Culminating Showcase
The moment you have all been waiting for: presenting all 1st place winners, school presentations, special acts and guest artists.  Let’s wrap up this competition weekend together!
