Amanda began performing at the age of three, and her passion for movement and performance quickly blossomed. Before entering high school, she was awarded a scholarship to study at the prestigious Joffrey Ballet School.
She began teaching ballet at just 16 years old, discovering early on how much she loved helping others develop confidence, strength, artistry, and a deeper connection to movement. From 2009 through May 2015, Amanda called Las Vegas home, performing with Cirque du Soleil in Zumanity and Michael Jackson ONE. These experiences shaped her artistry, expanded her perspective as a performer, and deepened her passion for sharing the transformative power of movement with others.
Immediately following her Cirque du Soleil career, Amanda began teaching aerial, bringing her professional performance experience directly into her teaching. For more than 15 years, she has dedicated herself to teaching her craft, working with students throughout the United States and around the world. Her teaching experience spans the U.S., including Las Vegas, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Vermont, and Texas, as well as international destinations including Mexico, Canada, and Europe.
Amanda has had the privilege of working with an extraordinary range of students—from children as young as six to adults as experienced as 86—and from complete beginners to seasoned performers. Her teaching celebrates individuality, confidence, strength, creativity, and the joy of movement. She believes that movement can be both challenging and transformative, and she is passionate about creating an environment where every student feels empowered to explore their potential, regardless of age or experience.
